How does the 14-day trial work?
When self-serve opens (late 2026): 14 days, no credit card, the full product at Team capability on your own private instance. Your data survives if you subscribe; if you don't, it's read-only for 30 days and deleted 60 days after the trial ends. Until then, the founding list is the way in — and founding customers start working with us directly.
What counts as a user?
Anyone you invite. Every plan includes everyone — the limits are about organisation size fairness, not billing. The person on the warehouse floor never costs you a seat.
What are the AI limits?
Fair use, in plain words: each plan includes a generous monthly analysis allowance that typical organisations sit far under. Heavy months get a friendly nudge, never a surprise bill. AI is included in the price — never metered on top.
Where is my data?
On your own private instance — your own application and your own database, hosted in Sydney, Australia. Nobody else's data shares it. Full detail on the security page.
Can I cancel and take my data?
Anytime. One-click export of every workflow, and your data is deleted 60 days after cancellation — confirmed in writing.
Is GST included?
Prices are ex GST. GST is added at checkout for Australian customers; New Zealand customers aren't charged Australian GST.
Can we pay by invoice?
Enterprise plans: annual invoicing with bank transfer or PayTo. Self-serve tiers are paid by card, monthly or annual.
