Built inside the business, not pitched at it.
Entrilla wasn't a startup idea looking for a market. It was built inside one of Australia's largest retail groups, to replace an enterprise process suite costing hundreds of thousands a year — because the people doing the work needed a tool they could actually use.
The incumbent tool needed specialists, event logs and consultants. The people who actually did the work never touched it, so the maps were always wrong and the good ideas kept dying in people's heads and inboxes.
Entrilla flipped it: let anyone describe how their work happens, in plain words, and make the AI do the structuring, the analysis and the ranking — grounded only in what people actually said and the tools the business actually has. It worked. Now it's available to everyone.
Entrilla is built by Ben — an operator, not a software vendor. I've spent my career inside large retail operations watching good ideas die in people's heads because the tools for capturing them were built for consultants, not for the people doing the work. Entrilla is the tool I needed. I answer my own email: hello@entrilla.com.
